Harold K. Jordan & Co. (HKJ) has begun construction on Phase II of Mt. Moriah, the next expansion of the Kelby Farms Apartments multifamily community between Chapel Hill and Durham.

The second phase includes 302 apartment units across seven buildings. Plans include a podium-style building with integrated parking, as well as a clubhouse building with residences above.The first phase of Kelby Farms Apartments was completed in mid-2024; continued growth in the Durham–Chapel Hill market supported the start of Phase II.
